Return of goods of proper and inadequate quality or its exchange for Goods of similar characteristics is carried out in accordance with the current legislation of the Republic of Belarus and this Agreement.

Return of Goods of proper quality or its exchange for Goods of similar characteristics is carried out in accordance with the current legislation of the Republic of Belarus. The Goods are subject to exchange or return, provided that they were not in use, their consumer properties and qualities are preserved, there is evidence of their purchase from the Seller. In the event of an exchange or return of the Goods, the Buyer is obliged to return the Goods in consumer packaging, if the Goods were sold in such packaging. The list of non-food Goods of good quality, not subject to exchange and return, was approved by the Resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus dated 14.06. 2002 No. 778 “On Measures to Implement the Law of the Republic of Belarus “On Protection of Consumer Rights” (underwear, underwear knitwear, except for sportswear, corsetry; hosiery).

The Buyer has the right, within fourteen days from the date of transfer of the Goods to him (with the exception of goods that are not subject to exchange and return), to return the Goods of good quality or exchange it for a similar product of a different size, style, color or configuration, by in the event of a difference in price, the necessary recalculation with the Seller. The exchange and (or) return of the Goods of good quality is carried out by the forces and at the expense of the Buyer at the salon address specified in subparagraph 5.1.1. Agreement.
Return of the Goods to the Seller may be carried out by postal or courier operators, carriers. The choice of a postal or courier operator, a carrier for the return of the Goods to the Seller is carried out by the Buyer independently and at his expense. The cost of services of a postal or courier operator, a carrier for the return of the Goods shall be paid by the Buyer independently.

The exchange and (or) return of the Goods of inadequate quality is carried out at the salon address specified in subparagraph 5.1.1. Agreement.

If the Buyer discovers defects in the Goods within the period during which the Buyer has the right to make claims to the Seller, the Buyer draws up and sends to the Seller an application in the form in accordance with Appendix 1 to the Agreement. The Buyer’s application is considered by the Seller within no more than 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of its receipt. The Seller informs the Buyer about the results of consideration of the application orally by the contact number specified in the Order. In the event that the Buyer transfers the Goods for quality control, examination, elimination of defects, replacement with a high-quality Goods, termination of the Agreement and return of the amount paid for the goods, the Buyer and the Seller draw up an act in the form in accordance with Appendix 2 to the Agreement.

The Buyer sends the Seller an application, drawn up in the form in accordance with Appendix 1 to the Agreement, in writing or by e-mail in color .pdf format with documents, photographs and other documents attached.

According to the second part of paragraph 1 of Article 15 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus dated 09.01.2002 No. 90-Z “On Protection of Consumer Rights”, the Buyer’s application is submitted to the salon address specified in subparagraph 5.1.1. Agreement.

The exchange and (or) return of the Goods of inadequate quality is carried out by the forces and at the expense of the Buyer, except as otherwise provided by the legislation of the Republic of Belarus.

The return of funds is carried out by the Seller in the form in which the payment for the Goods was made, within the time limits established by the legislation of the Republic of Belarus, unless otherwise agreed by the Parties. Cash refunds are made at the address of the salon specified in subparagraph 5.1.1. Agreement.
